Explanation:

<p>The Unitarian Universalist Church of Reading (MA) is seeking a part-time Executive Director to oversee UUCR's administrative and operational functions. The Executive Director will work in close partnership with church staff and the governing board to support and implement the congregation’s mission and strategic goals.</p><p>Pay will be commensurate with experience and the number of hours required.</p><p>Please review our congregational record listed in the Contract Ministry portion of the jobs board for details about UUCR.</p><p>We are interested in signing a one-year contract from August 1, 2025, through July 30, 2026. We would be open to extending that contract if we find it is in the interest of both parties.</p>
